Every offering below is organized by the clinical question it answers. All require an active Valincare membership.
Pillar I
Screening for hidden risk in the systems where silent disease accumulates most dangerously.
Where is disease forming before symptoms appear?
A structured, multi-modal screening combining whole-body MRI, CT chest imaging, and the Galleri® multi-cancer early detection blood test. Designed to identify malignancy before symptoms appear. All findings are reviewed and synthesized by a physician with clear next steps.
Direct visualization of coronary artery plaque via CT angiography, carotid ultrasound with intima-media thickness analysis, precision cardiometabolic profiling, and board-certified cardiologist consultation. Identifies structural and metabolic cardiovascular risk years before a clinical event.
Advanced brain MRI with diffusion tensor imaging and volumetric analysis, standardized cognitive testing, and blood-based neurodegeneration biomarkers including NfL, GFAP, pTau/Aβ ratio, and APOE genotyping (with informed consent). Establishes a cognitive baseline and clarifies long-term neurological risk.
Pillar II
Clinical-grade assessment and training for people who want to move, perform, and function at a level that compounds over decades.
How strong, fit, and capable are you, and how do we make it last?
VO₂ max via cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET), multi-stage lactate threshold testing, DEXA body composition, resting energy expenditure, focused performance labs, and a 45-minute physician debrief. Concludes with your Vector Report, a consolidated performance profile for you and your coach.
One-on-one movement training emphasizing joint integrity, strength, mobility, and resilience. Appropriate for all fitness levels and designed to complement your Valincare care plan.
Sessions based on the Original Strength® system, focused on restoring foundational movement patterns through developmentally grounded exercises. Designed for individuals with chronic pain, stiffness, or those returning to movement after inactivity.
Evaluation of posture, gait, and movement behavior to identify contributors to pain, stiffness, or functional limitation. Findings are reviewed with individualized recommendations.
Chef-prepared meals designed to support metabolic health, recovery, and physical performance. Prepared by a professionally trained chef with experience serving elite athletes. Meals align with Valincare’s clinical strategies for protein adequacy, glycemic stability, and recovery.
Pillar III
Targeted interventions for the metabolic and hormonal systems that drive long-term disease risk, body composition, and biological aging.
Where is metabolic risk accumulating, and how do we intervene?
A 90-day closed-loop program integrating physician-directed metabolic management, 180 chef-prepared meals, 24 personal training sessions, dedicated health coaching, and pre/post DEXA body composition analysis. Pharmacologic support, including GLP-1 therapy, when clinically indicated. Enrollment is capped.
Sleep architecture, circadian timing, and autonomic regulation are evaluated over a structured 90-day medical intervention. Includes at-home diagnostic testing, board-certified sleep physician review, targeted behavioral and pharmacologic support, and structured reassessment.
A measurement-driven 90-day protocol pairing baseline intracellular NAD⁺ testing with physician-approved NMN or NR supplementation and repeat testing. May include a targeted IV NAD⁺ session when clinically warranted.
Structured physician-led evaluation of hormone status with targeted biomarker assessment. When therapy is clinically indicated, care includes prescriptions and follow-up testing to evaluate response, safety, and tolerability. Treatment is never assumed.
Pillar IV
Recovery services, manual therapy, and regenerative treatments that support function, tissue integrity, and physiologic resilience.
How do we recover, repair, and maintain structural integrity over time?
Medical-grade IV hydration, physician-guided metabolic support, focused massage therapy, and access to the Restoration Suite. A targeted intervention for post-travel fatigue, migraine recovery, or acute physiologic depletion.
Personalized manual therapy focused on mobility, pain management, and recovery. Sessions may incorporate sports massage, deep tissue, and soft tissue techniques tailored to your movement patterns and clinical goals. Available in 50- and 80-minute sessions.
Breathing patterns influence autonomic balance, exercise tolerance, and recovery. This assessment evaluates respiratory mechanics and provides individualized instruction in techniques designed to support physiologic regulation, focused on control and efficiency.
Physician-guided skin and hair restoration focused on structural renewal rather than cosmetic concealment.
A 90-day physician-led protocol combining clinical-grade microneedling with regenerative biologics (PRP, PRF, exosomes, growth factors, PDRN) to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Includes monthly tissue preparation, induction treatments, and pharmacologic skin management.
Periodic maintenance for members who have completed Skin Renewal. A single reinforcement session with microneedling and regenerative biologics, spaced to respect natural turnover cycles. Typically every four months. No subscription required.
A 90-day induction program for early-stage hair loss. Physician-led scalp evaluation with dermatoscopic mapping, precision pharmacologic management, and three monthly regenerative scalp injection treatments (PRP).
A six-month, multi-modal hair restoration program alternating regenerative injection therapy with microneedling and targeted biologics. Includes scalp preparation at every visit, at-home light therapy, and integrated pharmacologic management.
Advanced
Selectively applied longevity interventions requiring longitudinal physician oversight. Access is limited to Journey and Continuum members where sufficient clinical data and monitoring capacity exist.
Protocols are never routine. They are never the starting point.
Rapamycin is an mTOR inhibitor with emerging relevance to aging biology. This protocol provides a structured evaluation, laboratory review, and detailed discussion of benefits, risks, and evidence limitations. Therapy is off-label and undertaken only with ongoing physician supervision.
An emerging intervention aimed at reducing senescent cells that contribute to chronic inflammation and tissue decline. Delivered as a brief, defined exposure with structured pre- and post-assessment. Human clinical evidence remains early and limited. A single cycle is typically sufficient, and absence of benefit is an acceptable result.
